Mitch at the Museum

For Mitch, work and play seem to blend together quite a bit.  An incredible meal with Snap Pea Underground turns into an opportunity to host a pop-up dinner at the Museum’s Butterfly House.  And the growing craft beer industry in the region turns into a series of Adult Workshops on ‘Beer and Bread’ (you know, ‘cause yeast and biology and stuff).  Working at a museum + zoo continues to be a surreal experience with days filled with incubating start-ups for teens, re-thinking education, and animals from bears to possums.  He even arranged for his dad’s to celebrate his 80th birthday at the Science of Beer, and is planning on what science museums to visit when in Scotland next month.
