The Savas in Durham
Entering year two in Durham, the Sava grandparents are far hipper than Shannon and Mitch. They live downtown in a converted warehouse, across from the hipster Urban Axe Throwing Bar. Harriet is thinking of starting a business renting herself out as a grandmother for all the millennials living in their building and Richard has a standing order at the artisan biscuit and donut joint down the street. Life seems to work for all ages here, including Shannon’s mom who is still around the corner.
